Potomac Lice Lady provides removal of lice for children and family members in a stress free, family friendly environment.

Treatment Plan/Overview:

1. Initial Screening/Head Check: Comb through of hair to determine status of infestation
2. Lice Removal: Use of professional grade lice combs and chemical free combing-aids to manually remove all Bugs and Eggs
3. At Home Treatment Instruction: Throughout the Removal process, tips/instructions will be provided to the patient/caregiver on how to complete the comb-out at home. This includes techniques on how to prevent future lice infestations.
4. Follow-Up (If Needed): 7-10 days after the initial lice removal, it is recommended that you schedule a re-examination to ensure you are lice free

Late Arrivals: Please note that late arrivals may not been be accepted because of the impact late arrivals have on subsequent appointments. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances and availability, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their appointment if forced to reschedule.

Appointment Duration: If you are confident that you have lice please book a Full Treatment. If only a Lice Screening is booked I cannot ensure that I will have the time to perform a Full Treatment in the event that Lice is discovered

Cancellation Policy: We respectfully ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appoints canceled at shorter notice (including no-shows) than 24 hours will will be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service costs (Appointments booked on the day of treatment are subject to these policies as well).

Please note a credit card is required at the time of booking to make your appointment. A non-refundable deposit will be taken upon booking the appointment; should you cancel your appointment your deposit will not be refunded.
